Floater
We are looking for team players! As a floater, you would be trained in multiple departments on the farm, and would be called to work as a department needed. Potential job functions include:
GATHERER:
Gathers eggs using a gathering machine or stacking eggs on flats
Stacks eggs into pallets
Cleans machines, tables, belts, and houses
Walks houses
PROCESSING PLANTS:
Wash, check, or package eggs
Maintains a clean working area, assists in cleaning up the plant at the end of processing
Creates pallets of product, washes and cleans dirty pallets
Warehouses product using pallet jacks
This is an on-call position- there are no guaranteed hours.
