ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Matches, batches, codes, and enters vendor's invoices.
2.
Processes checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
3.
Verifies sales taxes on vendor invoices, applies used tax if necessary.
4.
Researches and resolves accounts payable issues with vendors.
5.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements to related transactions.
6.
Assists with month-end processes, including accruals and cut offs.
7.
Maintains accounts payable filing system.
8.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Answering multi-line phone 10.
